About the Role

• Architect and implement scalable test automation platforms/framework for backend, web and mobile applications.
• Develop and execute automation test suite for distributed services and IoT devices to ensure reliability and performance.
• Execute manual testing when required.
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate automated tests into development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and manage mock servers to simulate API responses for testing purposes.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement in the QA process and contribute to the development of innovative testing solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software development and testing, especially in distributed services and microservices architectures.
• Proven experience in developing test automation platforms/frameworks and creating custom testing tools.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL for database-related testing and validation.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, using tools like CircleCI or similar.
• Experience with modern test automation frameworks for both backend (e.g., RestAssured, Postman, Pytest) and frontend (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Basic understanding of performance and load testing tools, such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience with Test containerization and Dockers is a plus.

About the Role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and support a complex modern web application (Angular/React/Nest.JS). You will gain experience in the latest concepts, technologies, and modern frameworks such asTypescript, Docker, AWS.

• Work on multiple software engineering projects, both frontend and backend.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise for architecture, and technical decisions on building web applications.
• Raise and document non-functional requirements.
• Unblock the team when complex technical issues arise, using pair programming, conducting RCAs, and getting deep into the codebase.
• Review design, code and write tests to ensure high quality.
• Coach and mentor individuals to grow within the company and improve in both productivity and quality.
• Collaborate within theEngineering team to align technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the Product team to execute the roadmap and ensure a great user experience.
• Identify and escalate potential risks to stakeholders while proposing solutions to address them.
• Perform hands-on coding.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience or the equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in fullstack engineering.
• Focus more on backend
• 2+ years of hands-on coding experience using Typescript.
• 2+ years working on modern frontend stack (e.g. React, Angular, View).
• Proven expertise in buildingAPIs (e.g. Rest, GraphQL) and complex UI/UX with real-time data and complexstate management.
• Proven expertise with Git, UnitTests and Integration tests.
• Experience with SQL and DB schema.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline(setup / configuration), Docker and AWS (ECS, SQS, RDS).
• Experience in designing architecture for web application.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (such as SCRUM, TDD, BDD).
• Good knowledge of best practices, software engineering patterns and how to apply them.

You’ll be a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach, driving operational success and continuous improvement.

• Lead End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of exceptional products and services.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on project goals, timelines, and priorities.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving challenges quickly to maintain project momentum.
• Optimize Resources: Efficiently manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure that deliverables meet expectations.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in project delivery, with 3+ years in a leadership role, managing complex technology projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies, and tools (e.g., Jira, MS     Project).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and stakeholders’ clients.
• A problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution.
• It would be advantageous if you have:
  • A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation.

About the Role

• Plan and monitor live anomalous activities.
• Liaise and follow up with field technicians to ensure the execution of all assignments within given time frames in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
• Dispatch instructions to the preventive fleet maintenance (to stations or vehicles).
• Coordinate all dispatching actions and transportation routing of vehicles from one station to another.
• Alert relevant department(s) in case of any breakdowns or issues and coordinate the actions that need to be     implemented.
• List and analyse technical needs of the service.
• Anticipate risks, analyse data, and advise on corrective actions to implement on ground.
• Handle incident management, which includes investigation and reporting.

What We’re Looking For 

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in fleet management, transportation and automotive.
• Good teamwork, sense of urgency, organized, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates with a Singapore Class 3/3A/3C driving licence and familiarity with Singapore roads will have an advantage.
• Rotating shift work; required to work on weekdays and / or weekends (44-hour work week).

About the Role

• Carry out basic diagnostics, repair, maintenance and fault findings for the Electric Vehicles (EVs).
• Ensure cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the EVs.
• Update onboard PC and changing of SIM card.
• Balance/ Shift of EVs between charging stations where required.
• Handle service anomalies such as unplugged cars, cars parked outside of stations, lost and found items, etc.
• Report status and issues via the information system.
• Communicate with customers about our service where required.

What We’re Looking For 

• NITEC in Automotive / Electrical Engineering.
• Possess a valid Class 3 / 3C driving license and a clean driving record.
• Candidate with hands-on automotive experience will have an advantage.
• Able to perform permanent night shift (9pm – 6.45am) on 5-day work week.
